Sarbe Community Library books will be reduced to $1 and magazines to 50 cents. All money goes to Radio Lollipop so don’t forget to bring cash for these ones.

This month our window has been inspired by the exciting new products from Dailylike, including fabric tapes, stickers, wraps and fabrics. All of which can be found here at Sarbe this weekend! Dailylike will have their very own pop-up shop where you can stock up on all the materials you will need and even participate in one of the very inspiring workshops that will teach you everything you need to know about using their products.

Join us on Thursday the 10th of October from 5pm – 9pm  for the grand opening of our Sarbe Community Library! The library will be available for anyone and everyone to come and gain inspiration from the many inspiring books we have collected from near and far. It will stock both brand new books that we have picked up during our travels as well as a selection of second-hand books and magazines that have been kindly donated by our lovely friends, family and valued customers. Whether it’s card-making, sewing or planning a wedding, you won’t be at a loss for ideas.

We’ll also have workshops on the night using second-hand books (but spaces are limited so contact us to secure your spot!). Here’s a sneak peek of what we’ll be making:

If that’s not enough to get you excited, the entire Brickworks centre will be open and alive hosting their very first ‘Up Late’ event with Cove Magazine!

For one night only, sarbe, along with our neighbouring stores will be staying up a little bit later and leaving our doors open for a little bit longer so you can come and experience the best that the Brickworks has to offer. We hear there will be fashion shows, food and wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and guest speakers, so make sure you keep the night free, and come say hi!

Come down to sarbe on Saturday 3 August and join in our super exciting 8th Birthday celebrations!!

All day we’ll have our Birthday Wheel spinning up prizes just for you!  If you come down between 9am - 1pm you can get crazy in our Photobooth, and between 1pm – 3pm we’ll have free Craft Workshops for kids and adults.  Then make sure you don’t miss out on our spectacular Birthday Cake at 11.30am!

Plus we will be officially launching our new Design Spaces – an awesome showcase of local hand made products.  And check out our Notebook Sale for beautiful notebooks of all shapes and sizes.

To get in the birthday spirit we have been busy little bees putting together our new birthday window installation – you should see the gold tassels catching the afternoon sun! So amazing!

We’re busy crafting away to put up our birthday decorations. You’ll see tassels, ribbons, balloons and on the day we’ll have cake for everyone as well as your chance to ‘spin to win’ a prize!   

Make sure you keep the 3rd of August free for our celebrations as well as The Brickworks’ first ‘Explore the Brickworks’ event on the same day – so there’ll be plenty to see and do.
