You can still continue to purchase Alex Mae and Dailylike goodies online from their respective websites and I hope you will be as supportive of my new ventures as you have all wonderfully been of sarbe. This has definitely been a big year of change for me and I thank you all again for joining me on the journey and having fun along the way. We will keep the sarbe website live (minus the online store) as a happy reminder of all the crafty times we had at sarbe, and I am always easily on hand via a quick email if you ever need help with a special project.

Sinclair Street is off Brisbane Road, just near Harbour Town.  We’ll be setting up in the carpark (look for the purple sarbe balloons!) and there is plenty of street parking. Click here for the map reference.

We will have a big mix of Ribbons, Wraps, A4 Paper, Envelopes, Invitations, Stickers, Gift Tags, Cards, large sheets of beautiful Japanese paper, DIY Kits, Embellishments, Pens, Gift Bags, Origami Paper and more!

The sarbe online store will be closing this month (will tell you more about that later) so absolutely everything must go!

This is going to be one MASSIVE sale so make sure you don’t miss out!

A worldwide crafting event pioneered by the creative folks at Etsy, the Crafty Party was hosted by BrisStyle in their brand new BrisStyle HQ and we got to spend the evening with some very talented crafters. One of which was the super lovely Lisa Clark who won our giveaway to be an honourary sarbie for the night!

The theme for this year’s Craft Party was “Recapture” and we were encouraged to go crazy on our photos with brightly coloured thread, adorable mini perspex shapes, sparkly sequins, glitter glue, pretty papers, wonderful washi and more! We also brought along some of our Fabric Tapes, Fabric Stickers, Masking Tapes, Glitter Card and Glitter Tapes to share with our fellow crafters. And this was the result!

As you can see, crazy was indeed what happened! And with delicious treats, raffle prizes, plenty of craft and a bunch of friendly people how can you go wrong?

A big thank you to BrisStyle for hosting such a wonderful event. We look forward to catching up again soon!

BrisStyle is a not-for-profit creative community supporting handmade craftisans from Queensland and northern New South Wales. They run ongoing workshops and creative development sessions tailored for craft based makers and businesses, as well as regular markets showcasing local handmade treasures. The Finders Keepers Sydney || 6 – 7 June 2014 

The Autumn/Winter series of The Finders Keepers markets kicks off in Sydney and the line up of creative makers is unbelievable! The markets showcase the best of Australian design and local makers, and the Farmers Lane and Food Trucks just make it even better!

We have an assortment of handcrafted teacups with ribbons, drawings, paint splatters and paper collages of all shapes and colours. Look in our window and you’ll also see beautiful paper flowers, mini toadstools, a bright pink flamingo, vertical hanging gardens, a quirky blue teapot and the famous white rabbit with his gold pocket watch – bringing all the elements together to create the magical Alice inspired display
for our final window installation!
