frequently asked questions

1.  Do you have a shop front?

Yes we do!  Please come and visit us at 184 Scarborough Street, Southport (Gold Coast, Queensland).  We have a huge range of papers for you to choose from, as well as ribbons, embellishments and bonbonniere.

 

2.  Do we need to make an appointment?

No appointments necessary - please feel free to pop in at any time.  Our opening hours are Tuesday to Friday 10.00 - 5.00, and Saturday 10.00 - 4.00.

 

3.  Can I make my own invitations?

Yes you certainly can!

 

4.  Can Sarbe make my invitations?

Yes we certainly can!

 

5.  Can Sarbe just do the printing and cutting, and then I'll put the invitations together myself?

Yes most definitely!  This is a popular choice as you get the best of both worlds - professional printing and cutting whilst also saving a few dollars by assembling them yourself.

 

6.  Can I change the colours/papers/size of the invitation designs?

Yes, we encourage it!  That way you get a truly unique invitation!  All of our stationery is made to order so we can completely customise our designs to suit your colour scheme, theming and personal taste.  Please contact us to discuss your ideas!

 

7.  How long will it take to create my stationery?

For fully assembled stationery please allow 4 weeks.  Shorter time frames can be accommodated but a 20% Express surcharge may apply.  Or alternatively, DIY options usually have a time frame of 2 weeks.

 

8.  Do you have a minimum order amount?

No definitely not!  We only create what you need.  However if you need to re-order more later, there will be a minimum.  Please see below. 

 

9.  Can I get a few more invitations printed later?

Yes that's fine, however there is a minimum re-order quantity of 6.  So it may be worth ordering a few extra invitations with your initial order if there's a strong chance you'll need more.


10.  I have ordered materials only.  How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship all "materials only" orders within 5 business days.  If there are going to be any delays with your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.  If your order is urgent, please make sure you select Express Post and advise us of your deadline.

 

11.  I have placed an order for my stationery to be printed by Sarbe, now what happens?

We will contact you to discuss wording, fonts, colours and guest list.  Once we have these details finalised, we will email you a Proof for your approval.  Once approved, we can start printing!
