Welcome to our very first we heart sarbe newsletter!
We started our little club in January 2010 and have been overwhelmed by the positive response and can't wait to grow this creative community with you. As a member of we heart sarbe, we'll be sending you handy tips, new ideas and free diy projects to make at home. We'll also keep you up to date with all the new fun stuff in store!
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching we thought we'd showcase a few cute and inexpensive ways to tell that special someone how important they are to you (and we've tried very hard to make them not too "girly"!). We've also featured our first "masterpiece", tempted you with delectable sweets, and drawn our first Lucky Members' Draw winner!

DIY Project : Valentine's CD Tin
What a great way to give a very personal gift that comes from the heart. Choose songs that make you smile and remind you of what you share, e.g. the first song you danced to or the song you both love to sing at karaoke! Add a few papers and ribbons and present them in our delightful little tins for a very memorable gift!

Made with Love
You can’t go past the traditional handmade Valentine’s Day Card. Just choose some patterned paper, a matching board and embellish away! We have used Humbug Stripe Candy Paper, Lagoon Metallic Board, Rhinestone Self-Adhesive 'Love' and matched with a Candy Pink Envelope.

Lover's Scroll
If you'd like to say a heartfelt "I love you" but don’t have time to make a card, then this is the perfect idea for you. Simply choose a piece of A4 paper and write or print your love letter directly onto it. Roll it up, tie with a matching ribbon and leave it on the pillow for a no fuss Valentine’s Day surprise! We have used White Orchid Crème Reversible Paper and Province Taupe + White 13mm Ribbon.

Your Masterpieces
Each month we'll have a special section dedicated to featuring your wonderful paper creations. As a small reward for your hard-work, you'll receive 100 bonus points if we feature your ‘work of art' in our newsletter. All you need to do is send us a few photos of your masterpiece and a list of the materials you used to create it.
This month we received an idea from Tracey with a fun way to announce your exciting baby news to friends and family. Using her first ultrasound photo and some goodies from Sarbe she created a card which included all the baby details including due date and the baby's nickname!
